How to write a simple android application?

I know that a similar question has already been asked. My requirements are different. I understand that the question will sound extremely stupid, but believe me - I know what I want.
It is necessary to write an Android application in the shortest possible time (a week) without knowledge of android sdk. The quality of the code, the speed of work and the rest - it doesn't matter, the application is needed, roughly speaking, for yourself. I myself am a web fullstack, and I am starting from this. The project is simple - to render a Word document with a menu.
Question: what is the best way to do this? Maybe some project that allows you to quickly rivet and render? I heard about electron, but in view of the lack of experience in developing for smartphones, I can’t say how good it is.
