How to write a script to execute on the web interface?
Good afternoon.
It is necessary to write a script so that it enters the user's email address into the address book of the printer for scanning and sending the scan to the user by mail, through the web interface of this printer, while the user would enter only his email data.
The question is - is it possible to do this, if so, on what to write the script? Are there any examples?

Perhaps the printer has its own HTTP API, or stupidly imitates an HTTP request that is sent from a web interface form. You can write, in principle, on anything that your soul lies in, I would do it on a python, but this is a purely personal opinion.
those. old method of connecting network printers and scanners does not work?
you control the scanner from your computer, it scans, and then do what you want with the scan
you can add a contact via the web face of the MFP, but to do this you need an admin login and password, and since there are a lot of users, it’s easier to write a script so that they enter only the necessary data and he himself would add the contact to the address book
