How to write a script for android?

Hello, I had a small idea, but I don’t know how to formulate and google it correctly (( In general, I want to write a script / macro, upon launching which I activate one function in the settings. If I explain in simple words, then I want to switch, for example , a SIM card from the 4G / 3G / 2G range to 3G / 2G by pressing one button, which itself will go to the menu and press the corresponding switch.
