I am not familiar with Matlab, but I need to make a course project, where to start and how to move forward? Here's the challenge:
Write a program that loads data from a text file and sorts all rows by a given column. The file contains 4 columns in total. The number of the column by which sorting is performed is set from the keyboard. It is not allowed to use the array sorting functions built into MATLAB.
