How to implement the Berlekamp Messi algorithm mathematically?

Wrote a program to decode the Bourz Chihow Hamming code using the Berlekamp Massey method in Matlab. They require to write on paper an example of the algorithm execution for any short binary sequence. By analogy with Wikipedia, I tried to do it and didn’t really succeed. I didn't find such examples anywhere.
