How to write a mobile application with Tensorflow?

I am studying tensorflow and the result of my training should be mobile applications for Android and IOS using it. No mobile development experience.
The question is, on what to write applications for both platforms and so that there are no problems using tensorflow?
So far I have stopped thinking about Java / Swift, but I don’t really want to write two applications. Maybe it will be easier to pull api tf on something cross-platform - Kivy, Flatter or Qt? Share your experience with what I will have less pain?

There will be less pain with the native. So for android it's only Java/Kotlin
