How to write a mobile application on the web?

I understand that such questions are very stupid (like let's write desktop applications in php, and sites in assembler), but no. Still, I want to quickly throw something. How I did it with ElectronJS (really brilliant and simple).
I know Angular 2 and write SPA on it. I want to port it to a mobile app. I know that there are such things as: Ionic, NativeScript, ReactNative.
But I didn’t work with them and I don’t know what is easier, so that literally by reading get starter I can already do something working during the working day. What do you advise?
