I googled on this topic, they advise a lot of things and for a specific platform, so I decided to ask for advice here.

I’ll make a reservation right away - writing mobile applications in JS is most likely a WebView, and it will most likely be much less convenient than native applications.
The easiest and most obvious option is Cordova .
Nothing complicated, everything is written in the documentation.
I personally was able to pack a react project into cordova and run it on my phone literally in a day.
