How to write a cross-platform crawler?

Good day!
There was a task of data parsing from complex pages with dynamic data.
The site does not have an API and is not expected in the near future.
I wanted to implement it on Lazarus + FPCEF3, but after digging deeper I realized that
1. Very meager toolkit. Although you can get around.
2. On Ubuntu it is bitter to look at the compiled result of
Unity as native to me, but I have not seen sane
JavaScript browsers for it, I have seen crawlers, but the brakes of these systems greatly stop.
I would like a native solution.
There are two tasks
1. We need good access to the house so that the listers can implement at least click elements
2. Cross-platform
Please tell me the way.
PS Of course I know how to google.

python/java + selenium. a bunch of python and selenium behaves the same on all systems, there should be no problems with java either.
