Hello everyone, who can roughly explain how to understand that this news is the latest on the site and send it to the user, I already have news parsing from https://www.rbc.ru/ , but I need to send only one latest news, i.e. make a cycle that is waiting for new news. I thought, make a list, parse all the news and give out the first one, but check whether it was already there or not through the list, in general, what are your ideas?
