How to write a condition in the Bitrix business process when working with repeated leads?

Good afternoon!

Can you tell me the type of the "Repeated lead" field? What is this field - String, list, "Yes/No"???
Maybe I write the condition wrong?

The function of creating a repeated lead is disabled in the CRM settings

I will add. Every time you create a lead from a letter, the contact is created again. I want to avoid it.
