How to write a CMD script: search for three lines in a row in a text file?

We need a batch file with a search for three lines in a row in a text file.
At the input we have:
1) a text file (filie.txt)
2) three search lines:
LICENSE NAME: Retail edition
LICENSE DESCRIPTION: RETAIL channel
LICENSE STATUS: LICENSE
At the output:
Variable Founded=0/1
