How to write a C# program to work with google drive?

Help write a program in C # that allows you to download files from google drive.
Tried reading Quickstart: Run a Drive app in .NET ( https://developers.google.com/drive/quickstart-cs ) but got confused while building the project. I can't figure out where to download the libraries I need and how to include them in the project.

Addition 1: The project seems to have been created, now we need some example of downloading a file

You can download it directly in the manual, in the second step there is a link. To connect to the project, right-click on references and select add.
