How to work with vk mini apps?

Now I decided to deal with vk mini apps
I installed this, as indicated in the documentation:

npx @vkontakte/create-vk-mini-app testapp

And it gives me an error:
I tried to install react with this command:

npm i --save react

But this didn’t change anything, I practically didn’t work with the node, only the bot is on the node lib.
What is the essence of the error? And did anyone even work with vk mini apps, help ... I
looked at the demo:

npm start

- new projects are launched (demos are not launched), but I have no idea how to test through ngrok
