How to remove the port from the address bar?

The point is this. There is a VPS with a dedicated ip address. You need to create an online chat.
Everything according to the guides turns out and works great. BUT! There is one such nuance. No one in guides and any documentation is absolutely embarrassed by the presence of a port in the address bar. I understand that everyone uses localhosts as an example and no one really wants to bother, but for the first time I come across the fact that EVERYONE just outright ignores the elephant in their eye.

I also do not exclude the possibility that I am an idiot and did not understand something indirect. Please, someone explain on the fingers how to hide the port from the eyes of mere mortals!

@Shiraki

The default ports are 80 for HTTP and 443 for HTTPS, which the browser knows about and hides.
If you need a different port, you can’t hide it in any way, otherwise how does the browser know which port to use except from the URL?

@Drno

place the chat on port 80...
usually the chat is hidden behind the balancer, which redirects to the site, chat, somewhere else
