How to work with the semantic core?

Let's say I figured out how to get the semantic core. It will be different for every page.
How to use it correctly, because it is a set of key phrases. I realized that you need to insert a keyword in the title of the page, right? This is just one phrase, you still need to insert them into the headings without changing them, right? Let's say this is a total of three phrases, and I have 5 of them, the remaining two disappear? After all, inserting them into the description is inefficient.
You also need to fill in the description tag, does it also need to use key phrases? Is that really all that needs to be filled out?

1. Define your target audience (target audience) and what words it can search for your product / service.
2. Based on some statistics, collect queries with these words, for example https://wordstat.yandex.ru/ - the most suitable, but not the only service.
3. Break requests into landing pages:
first, you break them into semantic groups,
then you define a page on the site that answers the requests of this group.
4. Next, you need to analyze competitors to determine how many times they use keywords on the site - open the top 10 on request and look at the eye.
5. Having the number of entries that you need to reach the level of competitors, you need to cross requests:
Let's say you need to use the query "bike" - 3 times and "buy a bike" - 3 times. If you use "buy a bike" 3 times, then just a bike will also be used 3 times =) so there is no point in adding it again. (ps. in fact, everything is much more complicated, for example, read https://ru.wikipedia.org/wiki/Okapi_BM25 , https://ru.wikipedia.org/wiki/TF-IDF)
6. Now insert the keys into the title, h1 and just the text on the page in the right quantities.
The description tag does not affect the promotion, but is used to form a snippet, so it's better to make it as "for people" as possible and insert keys for highlighting.
But it is better to turn to professionals - they will do it faster, better and not very expensive =)

Boy, don't put all your eggs in one basket. Read prof.lit-well, for example from Ingate. SYA, this is SYA, tags are tags and so on.

Sem.kernel is for the entire site. Each page matches its query/several related ones. In general, you need the page to be relevant to the query.

The semantic core is a large list of key phrases, more than a hundred (and preferably more than two thousand). Phrases are grouped by topic and frequency. Well, you write relevant articles with direct and diluted occurrences of phrases from the same group.
