CNC for Russian site?

I plan to make a website - a database of films. Like a mini movie search.
I really want to use id. Why 3 questions?
1. What is better to use transliteration or translation
/movies/kanikyli or /movies/vacation
2. Best for Google:
/movies/12345
/movies/12345-vacation
/movies/vacation-12345
/movies/vacation-2015
/movies/vacation
where 12345 unique id. 2015 - the year of the film
And how much (does it need to be taken care of)? Does it have a strong effect?
Honestly, I don't want to take a steam bath and just show IDs or something like /movies/vacation For example, movie search, imdb uses only IDs. Rotten tomatoes, metacritic name only. Mailru poster id_name
But of course it will be easier for me.
Note: Movie titles do not change. But sometimes there are the same. names, but with different years.

Google and Yandex no longer take into account urls (i.e. if they used to think of keywords in the url, now it doesn’t matter) Therefore, you can use any option that you like.

Agree with the previous commenter.
Numerous experiments confirm this.
And long keyword URLs only complicate things.

As already mentioned above, URLs do not affect promotion. But still, if the user's request matches the keys in the site's URL, then the URL will be highlighted in bold in the snippet and will attract the user's attention more. So there is a sense in this, but not in such a way that it is especially strong.
And yes - do not overload URLs with keys.
