How to work with Phalcon migrations?

Hello.
I understand with migrations, I would like to know the answers to such questions:

1. Is it possible with the help of the command to save the path where the config file lies? And then you have to write the path to it with each team! =(
   

   phalcon migration generate --config 'путь к файлу конфига'

   
   
2. How to write to rollback command?
   
3. I need to create a table, hence I want to generate a migration to create it. How to do it?

I asked the same questions when I switched to Falcon (still the days of version 1.1.x). I have since switched to robmorgan/phinx .
ps: yes, I know that the answer "take another" is not really an answer, however, alternatives from the forum will not hurt .
