How to work with ONT Iskratel RT-GM3 from Rostelecom via telnet?

My goal is to remotely configure MAC filters in Iskratel RT-GM3 router. I had a positive experience with Zukhel Kinetics using telnet to set up mass filters, in the case of a Rostelecom router I can’t even successfully connect to it. Or maybe there is another way how I can configure mas-filters without using telnet/

all your settings will still be wiped by a bot from RT, which regularly shovels subscribers' settings
Switch the "router" from RT to bridge mode, put a normal router behind it and drive from it
