Problems with ssh and telnet in QNX 6.5

Good day, gentlemen.
There was a problem with ssh and telnet in QNX 6.5, maybe someone came across.

There is a network, QNX 6.5 is installed on one of the computers, and the problem is this:
The computer itself pings and the rest of the computers on the network ping without problems, it even has Internet access. But for some reason, neither ssh nor telnet works. That is, it is impossible to connect to it or from it to others. SSH - just not connecting; telnet - Time out.
SSH is definitely installed, pfclt is not enabled. sshd is running.

I would like to at least know where to dig.
