How to work with navigation on mobile screens in react?

Hello, please tell me how to work with navigation on mobile devices in react.
There is a drop-down menu on the left, it is displayed only on large screens, how can I transfer it to a burger menu on mobile resolutions without duplicating html and links, I will be grateful for your help

If you want to take a piece of html and transfer it to another place in mobile phones, this is a cruel crutch.
If you have a left menu and a mobile one that are not laid out in a common parent that just leaves, then nothing.
