How to work with localDB after creation and connection (C#WForms)?

I study window applications on Sharpe, I want to learn how to work with the database. So I created a local database data source, riveted tables and now I want to use them. How do I communicate with the database? In all lessons, they simply throw the data into the datagrid. And I need, for example, to form a menu based on the database. The database will have a list of menu items. Probably, there are some classes for working with the database, but it was not possible to google them. Help link)
