How to work with FTP commander one?

Switched from win to mac. There was a question about the FTP manager. I chose commander one because it is most similar to total and is quite convenient. BUT in total, I could do the following thing - when connecting to FTP, anyone could edit the file by pressing F4 (in the selected editor) and after saving the file in the total editor, he uploaded the edited file back to the server.
The question is how to do the same in commander one? Or maybe there is some other sFTP client that can do this? (namely, to force commander one to load the edited file).
