How to work with fortiClient on VPS?

Good afternoon. I was ordered a project in which I have to interact with the customer's API.
The customer provided me with VPN network data, and the API only works when I connect to this VPN.
I am using FortiClient SSL VPN.
The project is at the completion stage, and most likely I will have to deploy the project to VPS. Tell me how it will work there if working with the API is possible only through a VPN?
Project on Laravel (php). I use Guzzle to interact with the API

1. Your question has nothing to do with either PHP or Laravel (at least not directly).
2.

and most likely I will have to deploy the project to VPS
Most likely, you needed to clarify this issue with the customer, personally.
3. It is likely that the customer has a system. an admin who set up the VPN server itself and is able to set up a bridge (VPN or something else) between the final VPS and the customer's API server (and it is possible that he is the one who should / will deal with this issue).
4. If this issue should be dealt with fundamentally by you, and the only available option is a VPN connection, then there are two most likely options:
a) VPS are not only on Linux, but also on Windows, for example (as far as I understand, you do you use "FortiClient SSL VPN" exactly under this OS?)
b) Perhaps there is an official package for Linux (it's better to check with the support of this very "FortiClient"),
