Does VPN MIKROTIK respond only to the router itself and nothing else?
Good afternoon colleagues.
The question is, a simple VPN PPTP tunnel based on two Mikrotiks was raised, everything works as it should but only in one direction, from the side of the PPTP server all clients ping in a different subnet (subnet 1.1) without problems, but from the client the ping of the 88.1 network only pings itself miroctic (PPTP server), but everything that is connected to it does not ping, the answer is one "Request interval exceeded" but I can perfectly log in from a client with subnet 1.1 to mikrotik 88.1 via winbox. Cars that are on 88.1 are the easiest under windows 10 to see each other perfectly on this network, all firewalls are turned off and they can access each other without problems. What could it be?

As far as I understand, you need to take two offices together, raise L2TP + IPSec better, secondly, you answered correctly above as gw, install the pptp interface itself
The route must be added to the desired subnet with the gateway address of the PPTP server.
1. Don't use PPTP
2. Try setting gw on the required routes to the pptp interface. Perhaps something was incorrectly specified. And enable check gateway, there will be at least an understanding that the route is active.
3. Draw a normal diagram or attach an export from both routers without sensitive data. Otherwise, you can guess for a long time.
4. Make your own traces and see where the packets break.
I'll add how I solved the same problem myself.
Interface - (bridge1) - General - ARP set to proxy-arp
