How to work with Debian repositories?

If I have a Debian Wheezy system, and I write jessie or testing in /etc/apt/sources.list, what problems can this cause? Will the system work?

Well, the versions of the packages will depend on which repository you connect.
- whezzy - debian7.0
- jessie - debian8.0
- testing - testing version of packages after the unstable branch
That is, you are going to include Debian 8.0 beta turnips. WHY? 0_o
There will be a stable release. Then update.

It will work and of course there will be problems, because these are unstable repositories. Why do you need it?
if for the sake of experiment, then add, and then apt-get update && apt-get upgrade && apt-get dist-upgrade and pray.

Problems from none, to restoring from a backup and reinstalling the system, depends on a bunch of factors, you can still try to connect turnips from ubuntu to ensure that the system is screwed up, what is the goal?
