How to work with data-location?

Site on Bitrix.
The php template contains a block of a phone number with the format data-location-change-phone
But the phone itself is not explicitly specified in the code, but when viewing the source it is substituted, although it does not refer to any explicit field in the
template I did not find it in infoblocks, in tables sql produces a lot of values, where else can I find it?
Block is not editable in edit mode
