How to work with amocrm API in R?

Hello, I started learning the R language for work, I had an idea to upload data to R with google analytics and amocrm, make calculations and, for example, upload the whole thing to an excel table or bi power. I found a library to work with google analytics, but I didn't find one for amocrm.
There are three questions: is it possible to make such a library yourself in order to unload from amocrm (since, by default, unloading in csv or xlsx is available only for 500 transactions, inconvenient). If possible, where can I read / learn how to work with the API? And for the future, whether every application that has an available API can be associated with any language or someone has them only for php. but with a python, for example, it will not work
. Thank you very much for the answers!

there is no library because no one needs it, amo - exclusively Russian development
multiply 0.002 (popularity amo in the world, and with vire SKL) * 0.001 (popularity R among production languages) - get the probability of such a library
you can connect ANYTHING with ANYTHING, if in these WHAT and WHAT there is an open API
or a closed API
or a semi- closed API
and it does not depend on the language
as for BI systems, then yes, they can be inability to work with, for example, authorization methods in a particular API and then connect through an intermediate host / proxy / service

And yet, miracles do happen. Here is the library: https://github.com/grkhr/amocrm
