How to work with a database in CSV format?

I can make Nginx's logging format match CSV. Is it possible to write logs in Nginx and immediately read this Mysql file without importing? I compared with the format that is used in Mysql, it is identical, only when writing logs, the plates are not updated. That is, the data is taken from the cache, and not from this table that Nginx writes. Kick please in the right direction, where to dig?
