How to work out the BP along the path of the client?

Please tell me, I’m just starting to master business processes in Bitrix24 (box), I need to make a business process for Leads that will create two messages in My Affairs with an employee with a date and a message for when the call is scheduled, if the client’s path is equal to Shop-online. And the employee transferred the Lead to another stage of the transaction - he can transfer it from the "Not processed" stage to any stage, even skip the one next to "Not processed".

For example: the client wrote, the Lead was created with the path of the client = Shop-online, the employee called the person on June 20, talked and moved to another stage, the task was immediately set in my affairs The call was scheduled for February 22 (if it is a working day). And on June 23, one more task was set. A call is scheduled for February 26 (if it is a working day).

In end-to-end analytics for mail, I added a source with a UTM tag: Store-online, when a Lead arrives by mail, then the path of the client is indicated Store-online.

Now I made a robot that sends a notification, but it works only for a given employee, but I would like it to work out along the client's path.

It is impossible to interact with the "Way of the Clint" field from the BP, and it is not particularly necessary. Use in if BP your UTM tag linked to the "Online store" source.
