There is access to the HeadHunter API, the application token has been connected. The question is, how to make a request using ready-made scripts (or webhook) in Bitrix and get, for example, a list of responses or vacancies?

If you have a cloud-based Bitrix24 and you do not want to create a third-party application, then no way.
Bitrix24 in action Webhook has the ability to only send the necessary data to the url, but not to process the result of the operation in any way.
In your case, you could make some application that would add a BP action with a set of returned results, but these are not full-fledged objects, but scalar values.
