Advise exchangers or other ways to withdraw money to a card (bank account) without the need to send WebMoney documents.
It is clear that the owner can be identified by the card, but I trust banks more than WebMoney, so I don’t want to send scans.

When it was necessary to withdraw, on some forum I googled the ICQ of a person who changes WM / private24 / poison.
The percentage was lower than in exchangers, and the exchange itself took a maximum of half an hour, with unsubscribing who sent what when. Applied for 1.5 years, there were no problems.
I am sure that now you can find such people too. Only withdraw a small amount with the first exchange so as not to suffer if the scammer is caught.
