How to withdraw money from Elance to a bank account and then not receive it from the tax office?

Good afternoon, the essence of the problem is as follows:
The only legal way to withdraw funds for a company that works with foreign exchanges is through a wire transfer.
Sberbank said that in order to pass currency control - you need to provide an agreement, an invoice and acts of work performed.
Upwork makes acts of completed work upon request. Elance is not.
And even if you think of some tricky way, then after 3 years the tax office is waiting, which will check the acts of work performed.
How to be here? What do you advise? Thanks in advance for your reply!

Prepare a transaction passport in accordance with all the rules and live in peace. Or, if the amount is small (it seems around 30 tr.), withdraw it to the account of a private person to a bank account and then decide for yourself whether to pay you tax or not. I would pay (it's the law). There are some clarifications on this subject on the tax website: www.nalog.ru/rn77/taxation/taxes/ndfl/ndfl_fl

there is a local fund transfer, it comes in rubles. accordingly, no need for VK. although for some reason they ask for the currency transaction code.
