How to wedge into extensions_additional?

Is there a sane way to execute your extension after a specific extensions_additional line? According to the rules of freepbx, all custom extensions are described in the extensions_custom file, the extensions_additional file does not need to be edited, but since macros from extensions_custom are connected via include=>, they work at the very end, after executing all the lines of the macro in extensions_additional, and since there is a goto in extensions_additional, the queue does not reach extensions_custom in principle and it never works. Is there really no way to run your macro after a certain extensions_additional line before goto without having to rewrite the entire macro with an override?
