How to watch videos/youtube on an old Philips TV?

I have an old Philips TV. At first, although it slowed down, it made me happy: there was YouTube, I played AVI-shki, showed smart TV.
Time passed, YouTube stopped working, then most of the smart applications stopped working, avi-shki apparently also went different now - they stopped spinning them too.
In essence, there was a screen with the old DLNA, which the niche does not understand. And it's a pity to throw it in the trash, and it's useless - I don't watch regular TV.
How cheaply and cheerfully to return the telly to service?

Buy a prefix for it, at least AppleTV, at least in the nearest store for 2-3 tyr Chinese, which will replace the built-in smart TV.
