How to watch video with AC3 track using MX player?

The goal is to learn English.
The way is to watch a video with English sound on the tablet simultaneously with both subtitle tracks: english and Russian.
There is a series in which the sound is in AC3 format.
On a Samsung SM-T531 tablet, when trying to play the MX player, the AC3 format is not supported. At the same time, all codecs from the developer ( https://play.google.com/store/apps/developer?id=J2... are installed.
VLC player with sound and video - everything is ok, but only one subtitle track can be shown.

1. How to make MX player play AC3 on Samsung SM-T531 without root
2. Tell me a player that can play 2 tracks of subtitles.
3. Maybe there is a service that is not very expensive in which you can watch movies / series on your tablet with both subtitle tracks?
