How to view the trace of a letter that did not reach the mail?

Hello! I am registered on the cloudflare service with mail binding to @gmail.com
I wanted to log in from a different ip-address, when I logged in I was asked for an Authentication Token (because I log in from a different ip), but it did not come to the mail (in the spam folder too No). And so I made many attempts, it still does not reach.
I sent a support request - I received a confirmation letter that they sent letters and the mail server received them (status 200) Here:

It looks like your email is handled by yandex.net.

Although mail on @gmail and letters from support reach .. I don’t know what to do ..
How can I find out the trace of letters and why they don’t reach my mailbox?

Do you have forwarding via Yandex Mail? Check in there boxes.
