How to view the source code of a program?

I decided to look at the Intelij IDEA source code, and there are a lot of folders and something written in xml files. How to view them so that you can open them in IDEA and see how everything is organized there?

Download from github IntelliJ IDEA Community Edition , then use the open existing project function.
