How to view the position of an application in the Apple AppStore by country?

Is there a web service or something else that allows me to find out the exact position of my Apple AppStore application (place in the top - overall and by category) for different countries?
And on the basis of what the country of the AppStore that I run on my iPad / iPhone is determined - based on what ip do I have now? On the basis of which country did I activate it? Based on which country was the device released? Or the selected language on the device or what?
For example, how can I find out the position of my application in TOP FREE in USA? As I understand it, now in the AppStore on the device and the PC, I see the Russian top.
