How to view the block list in CloudFlare?

Recently, Yandex webmaster has been sending notifications that one or another section of the site gives a 403 error.
The site is covered with a cloud, I don’t see 403 from the server side.
And I can’t find and filter all bot blocks from the cloud.
Previously, I added search bots to the exception, both by IP and by UserAgent, and it still works 403.
Which is strange, as soon as I receive a message about that page 403, I immediately go to re-bypass, and I see that this section gives 200 and everything is fine.
