How to view photos from panoramio archive?

There was a site panoramio, which had a lot of photos (not mine). It successfully closed and was partially transferred to Google Maps. And partly - did not transfer.
I found a bunch of photos downloaded from there on archive.org . Moreover, they are all scattered over a bunch of archives, each of the archives is a content file (a list of files with some attributes that are unimportant in my opinion) and a FULL copy of the download process ( warc ).
If you open it through the player, then theoretically you can find the coordinates for each photo (and if you go to Google earth on them, then there will be a photo). But I would like to get a layer for something like qgis, which will contain all the photos in some region. Can this be done?

Photos from the panorama moved to the site https://mapsights.com.
Moreover, photos from direct links with panoramio are also available, for example: static.panoramio.com/photos/large/96540527.jpg
