How to view photos from deleted VK pages?

So, we know that all photos are forever stored on VK servers - you just need to have a direct link. The cache of Google and Yandex, as well as other systems, does not have the required page. I can view the wall of this person with a completely deleted VK page through the community widget in the developers section. But there are no entries "updating a photo on your page" i.e. when you change the avatar, a new photo hangs on the wall, but such records are not displayed in the widget.
Question: is it possible to reconfigure the widget to show a photo from a remote page or enable the display of avatar change posts in the widget? Or how can I get a direct link to a photo?

There is an official VK widget "Communities", in which you can view the wall of a remote user, I have not found anything about photos yet.
