How to view pdf and doc files in joomla?

Is it possible to view doc and pdf files directly on the site in joomla? Maybe there is some kind of extension? Well, the second question: Why do I post pdf and doc files on one site, but they are not viewed? It just loads a broken picture and that's it.
UPD: Thank you. And how to make it so that it can be viewed immediately on the page? Don't download to pc.

post on another site , the
browser completely views both the pdf and the doc, if the server gives them as a pdf and as a doc, and not as some kind of picture or txt

hmm... it works for me without any:
variant with: pdf.e2e2.ru
variant without: nopdf.e2e2.ru
