It is necessary to view the hidden files for editing, which are hidden after the installation of the software is completed, during the installation of the software, these files are visible. But the installation is fast. Something cannot be copied.

They are most likely not hidden, but removed if not visible after installation or moved to another location.
First, take the banal Process Monitor from Russinovich and see what and where is placed during installation.
If the necessary files are deleted after installation - make a shadow copy at the time of installation, then mount it and pull out the necessary files.

I would advise you to use an uninstaller utility like Uninstall Tool .
It keeps track of the entire installation progress, what is written where and what is deleted from where, and you can study everything.
