How to view HDD space statistics in linux?

The system is not desktop, but server VDS, the df –h command, of course, does not suit. gives only general information. I would like to know:
Place occupied by databases
Place occupied by indexes in databases
Place occupied by folders (preferably by folder tree)
Place occupied by users
Place occupied by logs
