How to view files on hard drive in kubuntu?

I've been sitting on Windows all my life, so I don't rummage.
Accordingly, I installed kubuntu, some kind of manjaro, as it were, for those who play. If it matters, I don't know.
The bottom line is that there is an ssd, which was purely for Windows, now this OS has been poked into it. There is also a hard drive, where important (and not) files, documents are located, games were also installed here. And so, it does not open "At the address there was an error". I understand because of the ntfs system.

Question: "how to open it and work with it? When installing the system, change the file system? But is it possible to do this without downloading the files?"

Lol. Well, Arch is a gaming distribution, and Linux is also for games, for sure (no).

I would advise you to return to a normal OS and not soar your brains.
But if this is the case, then just boot from the Windows installation disk (or flash drive) and check the SSD with chkdsk. Sometimes Linux will not mount NTFS if it is marked as requiring verification, and in 25 years Linux has never had its own checker.
