How to view 3D models on the site?

There are different 3d models.
Is there any simple solution (insert a small block of code in the body of the page, for example) to place these models on the site and allow users to interact with them (twirl-twist in any way)? And to be able to change the color of individual parts?
Sketchfab is paid, blend4web does not change color and works somehow, maybe WebGL and threejs, but there is no normal explanation anywhere.
