How to verify the contents of 2 MySQL databases?

There is a MySQL database in state A.
I did something on the site, and some data was added / changed / deleted, i.e. the database turned out to be in state B.
Please tell me if there are tools that can compare these 2 states and show their differences?

Crunchy option, but quite working for small / small databases - dump each one and perform a comparison as for ordinary text files

View logs. Each database maintains its own change log.
