How to "ventilate" the brain during training?
Hopefully it won't be too general a question.
Due to the free time, I have from 8 to 16 hours for self-education, for this reason I give 80% to web technologies and 20% to English. 30-45 minutes of work / reading 5 minutes of rest, 4 sets, then a big break of 10-15 minutes. How to prepare the brain to receive new information during these breaks?

Do not abuse work and coffee, go in for sports regularly (ideally, a swimming pool, everyone who leads a sedentary lifestyle needs it) sometimes take a day off, otherwise the brain will not perceive new
information - 20 cups of coffee, so, it's inefficient
, sleep well, walk in the fresh air, and go out into nature once a week, don't care where, but without a PC.
increase the long break to 40 minutes - an hour, as in normal universities. and spend it on a run.
don't treat yourself like some stoned fanatics who push themselves with overwork and coffee yelling "no pain no gain". a broken body is very difficult to repair. here, as in a parable about two lumberjacks - you definitely need to rest and sharpen an ax.
I don't recommend coffee. especially caffeine tablets.
if you can afford to go to the pool - be sure to do it - the bass is just a salvation for people in our profession - it has a beneficial effect on the spine, gives an overall load on all muscles. plus a certain reset of boiling brains occurs.
look for articles on Habré about rest and increasing efficiency from novikov - the uncle spoke about it.
in general, you can print on this topic for a long time, but there are two key things - you need [movement, physical activity] and fresh air. we are straight-walking creatures and not crooked-sitting, so there is no way without it. how you will achieve this - you can argue about tastes to the point of hoarseness. whether through yoga, through walks, through a bike, through running, through a scuffle or shooting from a pistol (by the way, it’s a great topic, I remembered. I studied at the university - it cleans the brain no worse than meditation) ... then the choice is yours.
I vote for jogging and the pool as the most affordable. good luck.
Oddly enough, but in addition to coffee, which should be tied up, red tea helps and is a plus for physical education. Well... I'm still standing on my head. 5 minutes each. I DO NOT CALL. Recommend.)
