How to vectorize a raster in adobe illustrator?

I can't vectorize a raster in adobe illustrator. Mac os x. I press shift + alt + b and nothing happens and I can't find it in the menu. adobe illustrator cc 2015

Perhaps you should upgrade the Chandelier. It is quite possible that tracing support (aka vectorization) is missing in your version of Chandelier.
